natural skin care
Burts Bees have recently launched a natural beauty range that includes a full line of make up products that make you feel your beautiful best because of how they are made, not in spite of it. Blanch and I have long been big fans of natural make up and couldn’t wait to get our hands of these lovely products.
Olive and I cannot begin to tell you how obsessed we are with a skincare brand called Tropics at the moment. First introduced to us by a good friend and incidentally a Tropics Skin Care Ambassador (check out her fab Instagram page here) we very quickly became hooked on their amazing skincare products.
We love the fact that all of Tropics skincare and beauty products are always 100% natural, vegan and cruelty free. Even better Tropics only use pure ingredients in their products that are free from harmful toxic chemicals and always include a ‘best before’ date ensuring you are always applying the freshest ingredients to your skin.
As the clocks go back and our days get cooler it can be tricky looking after our skin and hair during the dark winter months. The arrival of colder days means cosy jumpers, woolly hats and endless amounts of tea however it can also mean dry, flakey skin from that bitter winter wind especially when strolling across the beaches of Devon.
Blanch and I love our beauty products especially when made from organic, natural ingredients that haven’t cost the earth. There are so many great brands to choose from nowadays that contain sustainably sourced ingredients that are also produced in lovely recycled packaging. Natural organic beauty products are derived from nature without the use of any pesticides which in turn creates products that softer, kinder on the skin as well as minimising the impact on the environment. Its a win win situation!
